Was never a refund in the first place. It was an "exchange your Payet shirt for a new one and pay us the £25 admin charge". You pay around £80 and still only have 1 shirt, rip off would be the terminology I would use.

They must have known they would be reduced 2 weeks later, so why didnt they just tell the "payet" customers this rather than make them give their shirt back?

My kids all got their own names on their shirts, with their day/date of birth as their numbers. The only player that has got elevated status is Noble, as my boys have his life size image on the wardrobe door; it's a measuring chart that came with the kids' membership.
I will never advise them to get a player's name on their backs, not after just one season, anyway.

To be fair it should only be on the shirts bought this season... last year he was excellent... I like the idea of just getting some shitty old grown out of WHU shirt... going to a sports shop... asking them to shove Payet on the back ... pay a fiver... pop up the club shop... refund ... pay a few bucks more... nice new shirt... ta very much Brady you fucking mong
